I am guessing you have found yourself here because your Realplayer download button stopped working! Don't worry because we can fix that. Let's get started.
1. Try right clicking on the video you want to download and see if the download button appears?
2. Try reloading the page and see if that works and don't forget to also right click again.
3. If you have the time and know how to do this then try removing realplayer in or add/remove programs and then re-installing it at realplayer.com
4. If none of these work then follow these steps.
First find the video you want and in the address bar at the top of the page,
right click on the address & click "copy",
then open up your realplayer software and follow these steps.
A.) in the upper left of your realplayer software, click on the arrow next to the "realplayer" icon
B.) in the drop down menu, hover your mouse icon over "FILE"
C.) when the next menu opens, slide your pointer over to "NEW"
D.) then slide your pointer all the way over to the last menu and click on "NEW WEB BROWSER"
E.) Finally, in the address bar of your realplayer software, right click/ then paste the link and hit enter.
When your video starts the realplayer icon should show up on the top right of the video!
